People rarely experience a brand in one place. They may see an advertisement, visit a website, read a review and speak to someone from sales before making a decision. Each moment either adds confidence or creates another question.
Consistency does not mean repeating the same design everywhere. It means keeping the promise, tone and experience recognisable. A useful place to begin is to look at the journey as a customer would. Note where the message changes, where information is missing and where the next step becomes difficult. Fix the points that create the most doubt first.
